Pricing & Services
SunSwept pricing is based on home square footage — not by the hour. Recurring cleans start at $148 for homes under 1,000 sq ft and go up to $349 for homes over 3,500 sq ft. Deep cleans, move-in/out, and post-construction services are priced higher reflecting the additional scope. All prices are displayed upfront — no hidden fees, no surprises.
A deep clean covers everything in a standard recurring clean plus: baseboards, window sills, inside appliances (microwave, oven exterior), ceiling fan blades, light fixtures, cabinet fronts, door frames, behind furniture, and inside cabinets and drawers. It's designed to reset your home to a thoroughly clean baseline — ideal for first-time customers or periodic intensive cleans.
Our move-in/move-out cleaning covers the full home from top to bottom: all rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, inside cabinets and drawers, appliances, baseboards, windows, and doors. We ensure the property is spotless before you move in or hand over the keys. Pricing ranges from $265 (under 1,000 sq ft) to $632 (over 3,500 sq ft).
Post-construction cleaning handles the specific mess left by renovation: drywall dust, paint splatters, adhesive residue, construction debris, and sawdust in all crevices. It requires specialized equipment and extra time compared to standard deep cleans. Pricing starts at $308 for smaller homes and goes up based on square footage and project scope.
Yes — for recurring clean customers, the first visit includes an initial deep clean at 1.5× the standard recurring rate. This brings your home to our baseline before we transition to regular recurring maintenance visits. After that, you pay the standard recurring rate for each visit.
Booking & Scheduling
Fill out the booking form at /book — select your service type, home size, preferred date and time, and your contact info. We confirm availability within 24 hours of your request. No charge is applied until service is delivered.
Most customers choose biweekly (every 2 weeks) — the sweet spot for cost and cleanliness. Weekly is ideal for large households, pet owners, or busy families. Monthly works for well-maintained homes or as a step-down from biweekly. Frequency pricing: weekly (base rate), biweekly (+10%), monthly (+20%).
No — you don't need to be home. Just make sure we have access to your home before the appointment by providing your gate code, lockbox location, or a key in the booking form notes. We recommend securing pets during service visits.
Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a service fee may apply.
Yes — use the notes field in the booking form to list priority areas or special instructions. We accommodate specific requests whenever possible. Recurring customers' preferences are noted and carried forward to future visits.
Service Areas & Teams
SunSwept provides home cleaning exclusively in Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and Gilbert, Arizona. We do not service other areas at this time. If your address is outside these areas, please reach out — we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
For recurring customers, we aim to assign the same trusted team to each visit for consistency. However, team availability may occasionally require a different cleaner. Your preferences and home layout are documented so any team member can deliver consistent results.
Yes — our teams bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a preference for specific products (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, etc.), let us know in the booking notes and we'll do our best to accommodate.
